Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from StoryScapes NYC Gallery & Tours. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Prints & Merchandise (Made to Order)

  • All prints and merchandise are made to order and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@storyscapesnyc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference.

2. Walking Tours

  • Walking tour bookings may be canceled for a full refund with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • Tours canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please note: Tour availability is limited to specific time slots. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible so we can accommodate your preferred date and time.

3. Gift Cards & Digital Products

Gift cards and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


4. Refund Timing

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

5. EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@storyscapesnyc.com.
