- All prints and merchandise are made to order through our fulfillment partner.
- Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment is processed.
2. Shipping Times
- Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7–20 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@storyscapesnyc.com and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when applicable.
6. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not able to mark orders as “gifts” to avoid customs fees.
7. Walking Tours
Walking tours do not involve shipping. All bookings are confirmed by email.
